Short Description:

The CEITATECH MDU 3GE+CATV+2xPOTs+USB+8FE PoE switch features eight Fast Ethernet ports supporting 10/100 Mbps network speeds, three Gigabit Ethernet ports (RJ45), one CATV port for connecting a television, and two POTS ports for connecting telephones. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), meaning it can power connected devices (such as IP cameras, wireless access points, or VoIP phones) via Ethernet cables, eliminating the need for separate power supplies for these devices. As a Multi-User Unit (MDU), it is a network access device (typically an Optical Network Unit, ONU) commonly used in Fiber to the Building (FTTB) scenarios, such as apartment buildings, hotels, commercial buildings, or dormitories, to provide high-speed internet and other services to multiple users through a shared fiber optic backbone.

3GE+CATV+2POTS+USB+8FE POE ( XPON MDU ) is a broadband access device specially designed to meet the needs of telecom operators for FTTO (Office), FTTD (Desktop), FTTH (Home), SOHO access, and video surveillance access.This ONU is based on high-performance chip solutions, and also supports Layer 2 functions, providing data service for carrier-grade FTTH applications.

The 8 FE network ports of this ONU all support PoE function, which can power IP cameras, wireless APs,The device also supports Wi-Fi connection and voice calls, and other devices through network cables.This ONU has high reliability, is easy to manage and maintain,and can provide QoS guarantee for various data services. It conforms to a series of international technical standards such as IEEE802.3ah and ITU-T G.984.
